First Time Client
All First Time clients must book a consultation and complete the Health Care Assessment form prior to their first session.
Consultation does NOT include treatment. If you book an appointment during the consultation the $25 fee will be applied towards your first session.

Cancellation Policy
Your electrolysis treatment is reserved specially for you with a $25 deposit. Deposit amount will be applied to the booked session. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email.
Clients who miss their appointment without a 24 hour notice will not receive the $25 deposit fee.
As a courtesy, an email confirmation will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid no show fee of $25.
