Cancellation Policy

There is a non-refundable $25 deposit to hold your appointment.  Deposit amount will be applied to the session balance. The remaining balance will be due on your appointment. 


1 hour packages - All packages are non-refundable. Payment due in full at time of booking first session.  Sessions can be scheduled on available appointments.  Packages expire a year after the purchase date. Private areas are excluded. 

Your electrolysis treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.  We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email.  


Clients who miss their appointment(s) without any prior notification will be charged half the amount of the booked treatment time on the following session.


As a courtesy, we will notify you to confirm your service appointment(s) 24 hours prior to your appointment date.


However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.
