Insurance Accepted for Pre-Authorized GCS Clients


There is a $25 fee for a 15 minute consultation.  If you book an appointment during your consultation, the $25 will go as a deposit on your booked appointment. 

Prior to consultation you must complete a Health Assessment Form. Consultation will include discussing health history, an overview of the treatment process, and a treatment plan. 

If you have had electrolysis before you may schedule a direct appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Your electrolysis treatment is reserved especially for you with a $25 deposit. Deposit amount will be applied to the booked session. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance by phone, text, or email.  


Clients who miss their appointment without a 24 hour notice will not receive the $25 deposit fee. 

As a courtesy, an email confirmation will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid no show fees.

Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to inform clients of any changes that may occur.  Full payment is due at time of treatment. Cash, Zelle, and credit cards are accepted.
